Legal terms and conditions for sweepstakes and contests

  1. Organizing Company
    The organizing company of this sweepstakes is DIVAIN Team (hereinafter “the Organizer”), with its registered office at Ctra Astorga Pi 34, 24710 San Justo de la Vega, León, Spain.

  2. Purpose of the Sweepstakes
    The Organizer will conduct a sweepstakes in which a prize will be awarded to a single winner from among the participants who meet the conditions outlined in these rules.

  3. Eligibility Requirements
    To enter the sweepstakes, participants must meet the following criteria:

    • Make a minimum purchase of $50 at any of the divainparfums stores.
    • Be residents of any country in the European Union, England, the United States, or Mexico.
    • Be at least 18 years of age.

  4. Sweepstakes Mechanics
    All purchases made between 12:00 AM and 11:59 PM each day of the promotion that meet the minimum purchase requirement of $50 will be entered into the prize drawing for that specific date. There will be a single winner for each day of the promotion.

  5. Winner Selection and Notification

    • The winner will be chosen via a random drawing held 15 days after the date of the qualifying purchase.
    • The winner will be notified by email and announced on social media.

  6. Prize Shipment

    • The prize will be shipped to the winner 15 days after receipt of the order meeting the minimum purchase of $50.
    • DIVAIN Team will cover the shipping costs.
    • In the event that the corresponding order is returned, the participant will automatically lose their winner status, even if they had already been selected as such.

  7. Acceptance of the Prize
    The winner has 72 hours to accept the prize upon notification. If the winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, a new winner will be chosen.

  8. Data Protection
    The personal data of participants will be processed in accordance with current data protection laws and used solely for the management of the sweepstakes.

  9. Modification of Rules and Responsibilities
    DIVAIN Team reserves the right to modify these rules, suspend the sweepstakes, or cancel it if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

  10. Acceptance of the Rules
    Participation in the sweepstakes implies full acceptance of these rules.
