DRAW FOR 3 FULL REFUNDS
DIVAIN TEAM, S.A., located at Ctra. Astorga-Pi, 34, 24710 San Justo de la Vega, León, with tax ID number B-06939128 (hereinafter "the ORGANIZER"), will carry out a Promotion named "DRAW FOR 3 FULL REFUNDS" (hereinafter "the PROMOTION") which will be developed in accordance with the terms set out in these rules.
1.- Territorial and temporal scope of the promotion.
1.1 The PROMOTION will be held internationally, within the countries in which it operates.
1.2 The PARTICIPATION PERIOD is set from May 17 2024, at 8:00 am to May 20, 2024, at 7:59 am.
2.- Participation.
2.1 Any natural person over 18, considered as a final consumer (hereinafter "the participant/s" or "User/s"), who meets all the requirements set out in these rules, is eligible to participate in the Promotion.
2.2 The ORGANIZER reserves the right to request from participants a document proving their age and legal residence.
2.3 In the event that any of the excluded persons is declared a winner, they will lose their right to obtain the prize, and the prize will be awarded to the next person who meets the conditions of valid participation among the designated substitutes.
3.- Cost-free.
3.1 This Promotion is free for the consumer and does not in itself imply an increase in the price of the products and/or services involved in the promotion.
4.- Mechanics of the Promotion.
4.1 All participants who meet the requirements set out in base 2.1 and who also follow the steps described in the following point can participate in the promotion.
4.2 The participant will automatically enter the draw by making a purchase over $35 during the established dates.
5.- Prize.
5.1 The prize consists of a full refund of the winning order.
5.2 There will be 3 awarded orders among all DIVAIN Parfums stores (divainparfums.es, divainparfums.fr, divainparfums.it, divainparfums.de, divainparfums.nl, divainparfums.com, divainparfums.pt, divainparfums.co.uk, divainparfums.us, and divainparfums.mx).
5.3 The three winners will be announced on this page and we will contact the winners via email, proceeding to make the refunds within a maximum of 5 business days.
5.4 The refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the order, covering the total amount of it.
6.- Reservation of rights.
6.1 Participation in the promotion implies the express and unconditional acceptance of these bases.
6.2 The non-compliance with any of these bases by the participant will determine their immediate disqualification.
7.- Acceptance of rules.
7.1 These Promotion Rules are governed by Spanish legislation.
7.2 Any litigation, discrepancy, question, or claim resulting from the execution or interpretation of these Rules will be resolved by the Courts and Tribunals of the user's domicile.
